Pil Mo finds out that Se Kyung has breast cancer which bothers him and makes him realize what he once had shall also be soon taken away from him. He regrets all he's been to her in the past, taking each uttered word and raised hand on her in pain. Se Kyung, however, doesn't want him to take any pity on her.
